It's been a little while since I've talked about my weight loss process. When I first mentioned it, I had lost 6 pounds that week. Since then it's been a slow process. There were two separate weeks where I didn't gain or lose any. I'm glad I didn't gain anything, but I would get sad that wouldn't lose any that week.
In the middle of January, I weighed 151 pounds. I hopped on the scales this morning & luckily I had lost three pounds this past week. So now I am down to . . . 141 pounds! Ten pounds down! Hopefully I can continue to lose some within the next few weeks! I am also hoping for warmer weather, so I can get my butt outside!
I can tell a small difference in my stomach. It's not a huge change, but I am liking the changes so far!
